The house is located in a quiet area but at the same time it is located close to all points of interest. Near the Losone Golf, and near the Meriggio: park with cycle paths, barbecues and the beach on the Maggia river to take a bath and take a dip in the clear and transparent waters.

The bus stop is only a two minute walk away. In just 8 minutes by car you get to Locarno and only 6 minutes to Ascona, 40 minutes from Lugano by car.
